Our exceptional care team work hard to provide a safe and secure environment for all of the residents at our newly refurbished Globe Court Care Home. 

Our Stepney Green based care home creates a warm and friendly environment for residents, and you can expect a high standard of care from all the staff. The spacious residence is fitted with 41 newly refurbished rooms all with en-suite bathrooms, and we encourage new residents to personalise their room to help them settle into their new home.

The home is wheelchair accessible, has a lovely garden and also hosts an on-site hair salon.

Care Philosophy

We understand how important it is for all our residents to feel they are receiving the best care possible. All of our staff members are well trained to respect privacy and promote individuality, while providing care to meet each member’s needs. They are exceptional holistic care-givers and every one of our staff members work hard to continually raise the high standard of care given that the residents of Lakeside View receive.

We understand that moving into a care home can be an incredibly stressful and emotionally challenging time, so our staff are ready to listen to family advice to help ease the transition. Resident care is our number one priority and our staff do everything they can to ensure resident satisfaction.

Staff Development

We are committed to providing the highest standard of care. Each staff member is DBS checked and receives a comprehensive induction programme when joining our team. All staff must either hold or be working towards their NVQ in Health and Social Care and are subject to further training to be sure we provide the best care available. We are currently training our staff in managing physical and challenging behaviour.
 

Local Amenities

Globe Court is situated in the heart of London, boasting plenty of restaurants and good shopping facilities. We are located close to Bethnal Green Gardens, a lovely place for a walk or to sit and relax. We are only a few minutes from Stepney Green station and Mile End Road.

We have our own in-house activities coordinator, who provides great entertainment for our residents and a daily program of activities
 

Menu

All of the meals at Globe Court are prepared using fresh fruit and vegetables and are designed to provide each resident with well-balanced nourishment. Food nutrition is an important aspect of the care we provide, so dietary wants and needs are fully respected and well accommodated.
I have found all staff to be open, friendly, helpful, professional and caring. My husband is cared for much better than in his previous care home and while he is difficult progress is continually being made.
