Every resident is assessed on arrival, and a personalised care plan is created to meet their specific needs. These care plans are reviewed regularly, ensuring we continue to deliver the highest standard of holistic care, including dementia care where appropriate.
Accommodation
Our bedrooms are spacious and thoughtfully designed, each with a private en-suite shower room, and some with beautiful sea views. Residents are encouraged to personalise their rooms with their own belongings and furnishings, helping to create a familiar and homely atmosphere. All rooms are tastefully decorated to a high standard.

We take great pride in catering for every resident’s individual dietary needs, ensuring everyone enjoys a healthy, balanced, and nutritious diet.
My mum has been in Willows Lodge for a few years now. When she first arrived there she was underweight, she refused to walk and feed herself. But with the help and support from staff, she now walks around aided with a frame. She has put on weight, to the point where I have had to go and buy new clothes for her - twice! She is happy and very settled there now. Staff are very friendly and happy to help.
